Fixed in a classic cross shape, four short neon straps connect to four rugged D-rings. The rings, in turn, can connect to just about any cuff - as long as there's some type of clasp, clamp or connector, you should be good to go.
In synthetic PU, the Electra Play Things Hog Tie should be spot cleaned as needed. You can use a favorite toy care fluid/foam, or warm soapy water for easy clean-up. Cuffs sold separately.
